《Administrative Regulations of the International Language Organization》

As the establishment of international language organizations has been destroyed by bad people, the establishment of international language organizations has a characteristic of destruction and anti-destruction. In response to this feature and in order to counter the destruction of bad people, this Regulation is formulated.

1. The interference and restriction of any official department in any country on my founding activities, etc., is to undermine the founding of the International Language Organization. This country is called the opposition country, and the opposition country can not become the founding country. After the birth of other countries, the International Language Organization (ILO) must seriously deal with the responsible persons of the Department before applying for membership in the ILO. Otherwise, the ILO will not accept the application.

2. My founder and supporter were murdered. The country of the victim and the country of the murderer's nationality are called the country of the murderer. The membership of the murderer State will be limited by 10 years, starting with the acceptance of the murderer's application by the International Language Organization. The application of the murderer state must be sincere, clarify the situation of persecution and killing, apologize, punish the murderer severely, etc. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted. After the murderer's country joined the International Language Organization, the flag of the murderer's country flew at half-mast for ten years in the flag square of the member states of the International Language Organization, expressing condolences and repentance for the victims.

3. Anyone who undermines the founding of the International Language Organization is called a bad man. Bad people and their descendants are not allowed to participate in anything of the International Language Organization.
4. Liaoning is prohibited from participating in anything of the International Language Organization. My relatives and friends are not subject to this regulation.

The period of prohibition in Liaoning is calculated according to the cumulative amount of various hazards from Liaoning. By the end of 2014, the cumulative number has exceeded 500 years.

The harm to the establishment of international language organizations mainly comes from Liaoning Province. Those who destroy them are called bad people in Liaoning Province. My counterattack against Liaoning villains is called the War of Resistance Against Liaoning. Those who attacked me in other provinces on the battlefield of the War of Resistance Against Liaoning belong to those who hold bad feet in Liaoning and are accomplices. They are included in the list of bad people in Liaoning and are treated as bad people in Liaoning.

5. This Regulation applies to the founding process of the International Language Organization and any activities of the successful International Language Organization. During the founding period, my founding activities had no connection with Liaoning Province. After the successful establishment of the International Language Organization, any staff member must strictly abide by these Regulations and be dismissed immediately for serious negligence in violation of these Regulations.
