《International Language Organization's National Regulations on Dog Day》

In my personal capacity, I initiated the founding of the International Language Organization. I personally sent the idea of founding the International Language Organization to governments all over the world to promote the progress of human language, and posted it on the Internet. In order to prevent the bad people from plotting against the wrong way, I plundered the identity of the founder of the International Language Organization, and to prevent the bad people from murdering me for money, I formulated these provisions.

Any country that establishes an international language organization must accept my appeal, must regard me as its founder, must follow the established procedure I prescribed. Otherwise, it will kick me off and set up another person as its founder, to gain fame and to establish another procedure for its establishment, so that it will do evil. Such a country is the country of Dog Day.

With regard to the way in which the founders came into being, in my capacity as founders, I took the lead in declaring that the countries that accepted my appeal were founders. Any country, whether or not it receives my letter of recommendation or knows from any source that I have initiated the founding of the International Language Organization, can be regarded as I wish this country to become a founding country.

No country in the world should become a member of the International Language Organization established by the countries of Dog Day. It should not be mixed with robbers. This is the need to safeguard human justice and is sacred.

With the establishment of the International Language Organization in the country of Dog Day, any country can still accept my appeal to establish the International Language Organization as the founding country. This is just, sacred, legal, just and sacred law.

No country will naturally become a dog-day country. Only this country has dog-day people. These dog-day people persecute me, destroy my activities of founding the International Language Organization and rob me of the identity of the founder of the International Language Organization. These dog-day villains are robbers, criminals of the dog-day country and sinners of all mankind. In addition to persecuting me and destroying my founding of the International Language Organization, the bad guys of Dog Day will inevitably have a sinister and despicable plot against the country, an unspeakable plot and an attempt to subvert history. For the sake of the purity of the International Language Organization and the justice of a country, I must crush the evil man's plot of Dog Day.

Because I live, the bad guys of Dog Days can't do anything wrong, so these bad guys of Dog Days try to kill me and then go out of their way to set up another founder. Therefore, I stipulate that no one except me, whether I live or die, should have the status of founder of the International Language Organization or make any decision about the founding of the International Language Organization. Only I can support it. Only when I am the founder of the International Language Organization can I have the right to make all the rules. This is my exclusive property. This is my private property. For my private property, I have all the rights. No one else has any rights. If I'm killed, it's all done according to the posts I've posted.

A country has been turned into a dog day country by the dog day people. The nationals of this country should investigate and punish the dog day people and restore the honor of the nation.

If I am killed by bad people, then my friends and people all over the world can continue to support me, help me, send my message to the world, and try to reach out to a country to become the founder of the International Language Organization. My God will watch over and bless my friends. However, anyone who makes any contribution can not have the identity of founder. The identity of Founder belongs to me who is dead forever. If I am killed by bad people, everyone in the world has a sacred responsibility to investigate and punish bad people severely. The gods of the universe will certainly punish the bad people most severely, and they must be nailed to the pillar of historical humiliation.

When I am alive, those who have given me great help will be rewarded accordingly after the founding of the International Language Organization (ILO). If I have been killed by bad people before the birth of the ILO, those who have given me great help will not be rewarded, and the ILO will not confer any honor on anyone.

I hope you will keep the posts I sent at various times when I founded the International Language Organization, keep them on the U-disk, or carve them into CD-ROMs, and punish the bad guys of Dog Day with these posts in the future.

I hope this post can give a heavy blow to the bad guys of Dog Day and prevent a country from being turned into a dog day country by the bad guys of Dog Day.

《国际语言组织关于狗日的国家的规定》

        我以个人身份发起创立国际语言组织，我一个人把创立国际语言组织的这个促进人类语言进步的想法发给世界各国政府，发到互联网上，为了防止坏人图谋不轨，掠夺我的国际语言组织创始人身份，防止坏人谋财害命杀害我，制定本规定。

        任何国家成立国际语言组织必须接受我的呼吁，必须以我为创始人，必须遵循我规定的成立的程序，否则，一脚把我踢开，另立一个人为创始人，沽名钓誉，另搞一个成立的程序，为非作歹，这样的国家就是狗日的国家。

        关于创始国的产生办法，我以创始人的身份规定，率先声明接受我的呼吁的国家为创始国。任何国家不论是否收到我的建议信，不论从什么渠道得知我发起创立国际语言组织，都可以视同我希望这个国家成为创始国。

        对于狗日的国家成立的国际语言组织，全世界任何国家都不应该成为会员国，不应该和强盗混在一起，这是维护人类正义的需要，是神圣的。 

        在狗日的国家成立了国际语言组织的情况下，任何国家仍然可以接受我的呼吁，以创始国的身份成立国际语言组织，这是正义的，神圣的，合法的，合正义之法，合神圣之法。 　 

        任何国家都不会自然的成为狗日的国家，只有这个国家出现了狗日的人，这些狗日的人迫害我，破坏我的创立国际语言组织的活动，抢劫我的国际语言组织创始人身份，这些狗日的坏人就是强盗，是狗日的国家的罪人，是全人类的罪人。狗日的坏人，除了迫害我，破坏我创立国际语言组织，还必然对国家有着阴险的卑鄙的图谋，不可告人的阴谋，妄图颠覆历史。为了国际语言组织的纯洁，为了一个国家的公正，我必须粉碎狗日的坏人的阴谋。

        因为我活着，狗日的坏人就不能为非作歹，所以，这些狗日的坏人企图杀害我，然后大行其道，另立创始人，因此，我规定，不论我是活着还是死了，除我之外的任何人不得拥有国际语言组织创始人的身份，不得对国际语言组织的创立做出任何决定，只有我才能拥有国际语言组织创始人身份，才有权做出各项规定，这是我专有的，这是我的私人领地，对于我的私人领地，我有一切权利，别人没有任何权利。如果我被杀害，那一切都要按照我已经发的帖子办理。

        一个国家被狗日的人搞成了狗日的国家，这个国家的国民应该对那些狗日的人进行调查惩处，恢复国家民族的荣誉。

        如果我被坏人杀害，那我的朋友们，全世界人民，可以继续支持我，帮助我，向全世界发送我的信息，争取联系到一个国家成为国际语言组织创始国，我的神灵会注视着保佑着朋友们。但是，任何人做出任何贡献也不可以拥有创始人身份，创始人身份永远属于死去的我专有。如果我被坏人杀害，那全世界任何人都有神圣的责任调查和严惩坏人，宇宙的神灵必将对坏人做最严厉的惩罚，一定要把坏人钉在历史的耻辱柱上。

        在我活着的情况下，给我重大的帮助的人，在国际语言组织创立成功后，我将给予相应的报答，如果我在国际语言组织诞生前被坏人杀害，那给我重大帮助的人不会得到报答，国际语言组织不授予任何人任何荣誉。 　 

        我希望大家保存我在创立国际语言组织的各个时期发的帖子，保存在Ｕ盘里，或刻成光盘，将来凭我这些帖子惩处狗日的坏人。

        希望我这个帖子能够给狗日的坏人以沉重的打击，能够预防一个国家被狗日的坏人搞成狗日的国家。
